Our Health and Safety Priority Approach Dear Guests, As the Sandıklı Thermal Park Resort Spa & Convention Hotel Family, we care about you and your family members regarding the Covid-19 virus that has emerged in the world and in our country, and we would like to inform you about a series of precautions we have taken.

The basic basis of the service Sandıklı Thermal Park Resort Spa & Convention Center provides to its guests and the entire operational and organizational structure that creates this service is always human health and safety. We believe that the continuity of systems and healthy functioning can only be ensured in this way. For this reason, we would like to state that we see our Quality and Security systems, which we have established since the first day of our establishment and which we strive to improve day by day, as the life insurance of our valuable large family.

Many studies that keep this structure strong enable us to be confident in ourselves today. Our well-designed and well-managed infrastructure, our constantly learning and developing human resources, our modern solutions, our internal and external control systems, our material, product and equipment quality, our controlled supply processes, the guidance we receive from national and international standards, and the strengthening of this chain day by day. We are sure that we will welcome you with our expert staff and overcome this pandemic process together in a healthy way.

Depending on Our Hotel's Epidemic Diseases Crisis Management Procedures; We apply our preventive measures against the Covid-19 virus in detail and meticulously in our general and children's areas, guest and employee areas. First of all, we created a monitoring board in our hotel that includes all senior management; With the awareness of "taking the risk and taking concrete measures quickly and effectively", we explained to our employees how to increase their personal hygiene levels, and we carried out detailed cleaning and disinfection practices, especially environmental and surface hygiene measures, in all our areas. During these cleaning and disinfections, we implemented our hygiene measures regarding the rooms, mini club, Turkish bath, spa usage and pool water and took the necessary precautions at the highest level.

Sandıklı Thermal Park Spa & Convention Center Hotel is in close contact with all relevant national and international institutions and organizations, and we will continue to improve the measures we take to ensure the safety and health of you and our employees.

OUR EMPLOYEES
  • We have a human resources department, an occupational health and safety specialist and a certified workplace physician to ensure that our employees can work with high motivation in a safe and healthy working environment. In addition, a Covid-19 crisis team has been established in order to overcome the pandemic process at the best level and to continue our work in the healthiest way.
  • The work of the Board is carried out meticulously, and its controls and follow-ups are carried out constantly.
  • All our employees undergo health screenings, and their routine checks are performed by our workplace physician and recorded.
  • All our employees have received training such as epidemic disease protection, epidemic disease precautions, Personal Hygiene Training, Food Hygiene Training, and have been made aware and certified.
  • The areas used by our employees are arranged in accordance with social distance rules.
  • The materials required for personal hygiene (mask, gloves, cap, visor) and hand antiseptics for our personnel have been increased to a sufficient level and are available in all areas.
  • Staff uniforms are changed daily and are washed and ironed at at least 60 degrees.
  • Our service vehicles are disinfected before and after each use.
  • Our service vehicles operate at 50% capacity and service use without a mask is not allowed.
  • Before starting work, the temperatures of our employees are measured and recorded by the security department, and our personnel with high fever or any symptoms of Covid-19 do not start work.
  • All of our employees work with masks to protect your and their own health.

OUR GENERAL AREAS AND DISINFECTION PROCEDURES
  • In the entire area of our facility, 'Diversey' company products are used, which do not harm the environment and people, are approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, have an important place in the international arena, are licensed and have antibacterial and antiviral effects.
  • Disinfection processes are carried out by expert team employees in a controlled and in accordance with the rules.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the ventilation systems in all closed areas of our facility are routinely carried out and disinfected, kept on record and inspections are frequently followed.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of toilets and sinks in our general areas has been increased frequently.
  • Antibacterial soap and hand antiseptics are available in public areas, toilets and sinks, and are filled in a controlled manner.
  • Our seating groups in all areas are arranged in accordance with social distance rules. We also have arrangements for our family guests.
  • The interior of our elevators and especially the call buttons are frequently cleaned and disinfected. The ventilation system is constantly cleaned.
  • There are social distance rules, the fight against Covid-19, precautions to be taken and informational articles in all areas.

OUR HOTEL CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
  • We have digitally developed our c/in and c/out systems to reduce contact during room c/in operations. Applications have been launched that can provide all your information online before you even check in to the hotel. You can also make contactless payments during hotel check-out.
  • Starting with security at the entrance, your temperature will be measured by the entrance health officer, and in case of a negative situation, the necessary precautionary steps will be taken meticulously until you are transferred to the required institution. However, in accordance with KVKK, this situation can only be shared with the person and all necessary actions written in the action plan will be carried out. With due care, the sensitive data of all our guests will be recorded together with the guest declaration.
  • People and the belongings they bring with them will be disinfected through disinfection cabins at the hotel entrance door.
  • If you wish to receive service upon your request, our luggage carts will be disinfected for you to see before and after use.
  • Our room door cards are carefully disinfected and offered for your use.

OUR ROOMS
  • After each guest check-out process in our specially prepared rooms, our housekeepers use disposable personal protective equipment specific to each room and meticulously remove the used textile materials from the room and deliver them to other clean surfaces or to the laundry department separately from the products.
  • All textile products are washed in our 75-degree machines and carefully shipped to appropriate places of use without coming into contact with any area.
  • During room cleaning, adequate ventilation is provided both during and after cleaning, and the masks and gloves used in the rooms will be placed in gray colored garbage bins specifically designed by the ministry and will be disposed of with household waste in line with the waste regulations.
  • After disinfection of our rooms, guests are not allowed for 24 hours.
  • Separate room cleaning cloths are designated for each area cleaning and all cleaning will be done hygienically.
  • Effective alcohol-based disinfectants and chlorine-based disinfectants are used for room cleaning.
  • The amenities provided for daily use by our guests are disinfected before being put in their places.
  • All cleaning carried out in the rooms is controlled by our floor chefs who are experts in their fields.

OUR RESTAURANTS AND BARS
  • Our restaurant capacity is structured so that all our guests comply with the social distance rule, and all necessary markings and directions are available.
  • Before entering the restaurant, your temperature will be measured and recorded by the restaurant cashier, and there are disinfectants at the entrance to these areas.
  • In the areas where we have open buffet meals, our chefs will present the food you will put on your plate in order to maintain social distance and eliminate the risk of contamination from service utensils.
  • Our menenç sets have been removed from our tables and there will be packaged salt and spice shakers. Your spoons and forks will be left at your table by the service staff as soon as you sit down, and plates will not be collected before you finish your meal and leave the table.
  • Our staff and service carts who collect and clean plates at the table will be separate, and dirty-clean contact will not be made in the same environment and by the same people.
  • All our Food Inspections are carried out by teams established in line with ISO standards, and training regarding these rules is provided to our kitchen staff on an ongoing basis.
  • In addition to all these, staff will also purchase snacks on the pool floor or lobby floor, and disinfection measures will be applied at the entrance.

OUR POOL&HAMAM&SPA AREAS
  • Our guests will benefit from Turkish bath and spa treatments by appointment.
  • For each guest application, before and after application areas will be ventilated as necessary, and both room disinfection and personal disinfection will be provided at the guest entrance and exit of the application. Disposable products will be used during application.
  • Usage capacities of saunas, Turkish baths and steam rooms are limited according to hygienic conditions.
  • Public spaces such as changing rooms, showers and toilets are cleaned frequently with antiviral and antibacterial disinfection products. In addition, areas used in the spa area are disinfected periodically during the day and records are kept.
  • Pool areas will be planned according to capacity and all necessary planning will be made to accommodate a large number of guests, and observations and necessary natural ventilation methods will be made as often and as necessary depending on the situation.
  • Sunbeds and tables and chairs around the pool will be arranged according to a distance plan of at least 2 meters.
  • All our pools are subject to inspection within the scope of the Ministry of Health Bathing Water Regulation and Thermal Springs Regulation. Temperature and pH values are kept within the appropriate ranges in these regulations, and chemical and microbiological analyzes are performed regularly. We have Certified Pool Operators who are part of our Technical Service Team, which acts sensitively on these issues. All of these are tracked and recorded completely.
  • Our children's pools are emptied once a week, and the chlorine levels in our other pools will be monitored hourly in digital environments and intervened when necessary. Additionally, hourly pool temperature measurements are made and recorded.
  • Temperature measurements will be taken by the spa health officer before entering the pools. Additionally, disinfection tubs at the entrance doors to the pools are ready for foot disinfection. In addition, there are showers of sufficient capacity in all areas that can be used before and after entering the pool. All these areas are routinely cleaned with chlorine-based or alcohol-based disinfectants.
  • Our slide rules and pool usage rules, which are among the pool rules, are posted in all areas where our guests can see them. Social distance rules will be observed, especially in the slide areas.
  • In cases where a lifeguard is needed, the intervention will begin with long-distance rescue, and the necessary interventions will be carried out in a sterile manner, prioritizing personal health and rescue as soon as possible.
  • All products used for personal use are bathrobes, towels, bagels, etc. The items will be personalized and towels will be presented to the guest in a hygienic manner at the hours determined by the receptionist.

FITNESS
  • All equipment in our fitness center has been designed in accordance with the social distance rule.
  • Each exercise device is disinfected before use and offered to guest service.
  • Guests who will exercise and work out in our fitness center will be admitted by appointment.
  • Our fitness center will be disinfected with alcohol or chlorine-based disinfectants before opening in the morning and after closing at night, and air surface disinfection is carried out.
  • Hand disinfectants are available for our guests to use when entering the fitness center.
  • Mask will not be worn when using the lounge, personal face shield will be provided and used by the guest??? THE GENERAL MANAGER'S DECISION WILL BE WRITTEN ON THE ISSUE OF VISOR

  • OUR MINI CLUB AND PLAY AREAS
  • All necessary precautions, social distance rules have been taken in our summer mini club area, which is ready for our little guests who have stayed at home throughout the pandemic process to enjoy nature and have fun in the fresh air, face painting and finger painting activities have been removed during these processes and disposable activities have been designed.
  • The temperatures of our precious little ones will be measured and recorded by our trained staff when entering the mini club.
  • Natural ventilation will be carried out at frequent intervals during the winter period, along with social distance rules.
  • All toys available for use will be constantly disinfected.

    Dear guests;
    The most important element for our immune system to be healthy is undoubtedly nutrition. We care about your health and prepare excellent delicious menus for you from the Afyon Region, which has unique flavors.

    We supply the products and products we offer to you from completely safe suppliers. Our suppliers and purchasing unit are constantly inspected by our Quality Team. All incoming products are disinfected and taken to warehouse and production areas. Records are kept regarding all of these.

    The production and presentation phase is reviewed by the Food Control Team.

    There is a medical officer at our facility 16 hours a day for emergencies.

    Our facility informs us that we are in contact with the hospital in the city where it is located. In case of a suspicious case, the isolation rooms and risks included in the action plan to be carried out until the health services arrive, and the case is delivered to the health institution, until the case is clarified and after it is clarified, if Covid-19 is detected, all kept Procedures for identifying and isolating people at risk from records have been determined and an expert team has been established.
